About the role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality, ensuring care aligns with organizational standards, values, and mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and evaluate caregiver performance
• Coordinate care activities across departments
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights
• Perform duties consistent with organizational standards and mission

Qualifications

• Current RN license (or compact license)
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit‑specific certifications
• Preferred: Cardiac experience
