Cardiac Diagnostic Lab Nurse - Part Time

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care as a Cardiac Diagnostic Lab Registered Nurse, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients on managing their conditions, and supports safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring clear communication across the continuum of care. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree
• RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or must be obtained within 90 days)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of cardiac or critical care experience preferred
