Position Overview
As a Car Wash Second Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach team members
- Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns
- Maintain safety and operational standards
- Manage equipment and inventory
- Train and develop staff
- Support profitability goals and performance metrics
- Perform general car wash duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- No prior management experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
Work Environment
Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles).
