Car Wash Attendant

About the role

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Car Washer at Napleton Lexus of Milwaukee. The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles and performing related duties to ensure vehicle upkeep.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is affiliated with over 25 brands of new vehicles and 50+ dealerships throughout seven states, with a workforce of more than 3,500 employees nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Keeping the vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles on the lot are clean and in good repair
• Picking up vehicles from storage and delivering vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather-related clean-up when necessary
• Other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Valid state driver’s license
• Dealership experience a plus (not required)
• Great attitude and customer-service oriented
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local/law regulations
