Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle service and maintenance checks to ensure customer satisfaction
• Committed to Hertz Gold Clean Standard with each vehicle
• Work outside in all weather conditions
• Ensure fuel and all fluids meet all standards
• Transport vehicles throughout lot

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required

Pay

• Hourly rate / wage: $18.75 + monthly incentives, varies based on job performance
• Overtime Pay: Eligible (company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws; approval required prior to use)
• Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay)
• Sick Pay: Granted up to 40 hours
• Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays: Accruals start at .83 days a month, 4 floating holidays, 9 paid observed holidays
