About the role
Part-time car wash attendant position at Seven Fields, PA location. Weekday and weekend availability required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and explain wash options
- Assist customers at pay stations
- Field customer inquiries
- Guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel
- Perform cleaning tasks: take out garbage, sweep the lot, pressure wash the wash bay
- Follow opening/closing procedures
- Conduct basic/light troubleshooting of daily duties
Requirements
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Ability to recommend wash memberships
- Teamwork ability
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn point-of-sale systems
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
- Customer service and some sales experience preferred
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday
- Use of hands; reach with hands and arms
- Climb, balance, stop, crouch, and kneel
- Work in damp, humid, and outdoor variable weather conditions
- Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Exposure to moderate to excessively loud noise (hearing protection required)
Working Environment
Outdoor car wash environment requiring adherence to OSHA safety guidelines and use of PPE including hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
