- Expanding the platform nationally
- Strengthening operating performance and retention
- Supporting a strong client and member experience
- Building the structure, processes and team needed to support sustainable 10x growth
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
- Working closely with the Captivated Health Founder/CEO, Chief Growth Officer, Employee Benefits Practice Leader, Centers of Excellence, Producers, Benefit Advisors, Marketing, Finance and strategic partners
