Clinical and Health Engagement Practice Leader

For our client, we are seeking a Clinical and Health Engagement Practice Leader to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee a clinically driven health engagement function serving self-insured employer clients, with a strong focus on improving outcomes, elevating service quality, and driving measurable value. The role will guide a RN-led coaching model, shape clinical standards, and ensure the delivery of effective programs for chronic disease management and population health. In addition, this person will partner closely with executive stakeholders, guide a multidisciplinary clinical team, and balance growth, financial performance, and operational excellence. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $134,300 – $250,200 annually Responsibilities Champion the organization's RN-led coaching model based on evidence-based practice Set and enforce clinical quality standards and outcomes measurement Lead health coaching initiatives focused on chronic disease management Develop and optimize digital health delivery platforms and tools Serve as senior executive relationship owner for self-insured employer accounts Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse clinical team Own full P&L, focusing on revenue growth and cost optimization Qualifications Active RN licensure required; APRN/NP or other advanced clinical degree strongly preferred One or more of the following: NBC-HWC, CHC, COHN-S, CCM, or CHES/MCHES 10+ years in employer health management, occupational health, or population health 5+ years of senior leadership experience with P&L accountability and clinical team management Expertise in health risk stratification, biometric programs, and claims-based analysis Proven ROI delivery for self-insured employer clients Insurance brokerage or benefits consulting experience Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Hybrid work flexibility Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
