We need to output only HTML fragment, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the description. Sections present: - Description (intro) maybe "About the role"? The first paragraph: "We are currently looking to add a Capital Planner to our team! If you are an energetic professional who enjoys working outdoors, values the freedom of working independently, enjoys a fast-paced environment and the challenges of a rewarding profession, consider a career in vegetation management with ArborMetrics. Some of the most important characteristics of an AMS Utility Forester are a desire to learn, an ability to adapt, and a commitment to engage in safe, constructive interactions with the public. You are accountable for advancing a culture of safety and excellence while providing quality and value to our customers and clients." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as

About the role

with

content. - "What We Offer" includes benefits: Industry competitive pay, company vehicle with fuel card, Day 1 benefits, after 3 months benefits, Paid Sick Time, Weekly Pay Cycle, Participation in Referral Bonus Program, Company sponsored Boot and clothing program, Ongoing training and assistance with obtaining industry certifications. We need to separate Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Pay: "Industry competitive pay." Also maybe "Weekly Pay Cycle" is schedule? Actually schedule: weekly pay cycle is pay frequency, not work schedule. There's no explicit work schedule (like full-time, hours). So we may not create Schedule section unless there is specific content. There's no mention of work schedule like "Monday-Friday" etc. So we omit Schedule. Benefits: list of benefits: company vehicle with fuel card, Day 1 of Employment: Medical/Dental/Vision/VOYA/Paid Holidays/EAP (Full-Time Employees). After 3 months: 401K, Life Insurance, Vacation Accrual, Short and Long-term Disability, Paid Maternity Leave. Paid Sick Time. Participation in Referral Bonus Program. Company sponsored Boot and clothing program (Full-Time Employees). Ongoing training and assistance with obtaining industry certifications. Pay: "Industry competitive pay." Also maybe "Weekly Pay Cycle" could be considered Pay? It's about pay frequency. Could be placed under Pay as a bullet. But we need to decide: The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine Pay and Benefits? But they said use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule separately if content exists. We have content for Pay (Industry competitive pay, Weekly Pay Cycle). We have Benefits (the rest). So we will create both. - "What You Will Do" includes duties: Pre-Patrol Preparation, Field Patrol Duties, Landowner & Stakeholder Engagement, Vegetation Management & Compliance, Coordination & Safety, Additional Responsibilities. That's responsibilities. We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet maybe grouping sub-bullets? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can create a flat list of duties, each duty as a li. Could also nest but not required. We'll produce each major duty as li, maybe with sub-details inside li as text. - "What You Need To Have" includes requirements: Associate or bachelor’s degree ... etc. That's qualifications/requirements. We'll put under

      Requirements

(or Qualifications). The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications headings. We need to decide which to use. The content includes education, experience, knowledge, driver's license, GIS, ability to work alone, interpersonal skills, etc. That's more like Requirements. We'll use

      Requirements

. Could also have Qualifications for certifications etc. But we have "What Would Be Amazing To Have" which is nice-to-have: Certified ISA Arborist, Bi-Lingual Spanish, Utility line clearance experience. That could be under

      Qualifications

      or

      Skills

. The instruction includes Skills heading. We could put nice-to-have under Skills. But we also have "Knowledge or practical experience in tree identification" etc which are requirements. So we can separate: Requirements (must have) and Qualifications (nice-to-have) or Skills. Let's follow: Requirements for must-have, Qualifications for nice-to-have. Or Skills for nice-to-have. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use Qualifications for nice-to-have. We'll also maybe have Skills for any specific skill sets like "exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong problem solving and multi-tasking abilities and show attention to detail." Those are more like skills but they are in requirements. We'll keep them in Requirements. Thus sections: - About the role (intro) - Responsibilities (What You Will Do) - Requirements (What You Need To Have) - Qualifications (What Would Be Amazing To Have) - Benefits (What We Offer - benefits) - Pay (Industry competitive pay, Weekly Pay Cycle) We must not include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. So we need to strip those paragraphs at the end: "Company Overview", "Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug test..." etc. Those are boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company overview may be considered not boilerplate but it's descriptive of company; maybe we should keep? It's substantive about company. However it's not explicitly requested to keep; but we should preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive about the company. Should we keep? The instruction says remove boilerplate, but company overview is not boilerplate; it's describing the company. However it's not part of the job description per se but could be considered relevant. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't say to remove company overview. So we could keep it as part of About the role maybe. But we already have About the role intro; we could add company overview as a separate section? There's no heading for company overview; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. But we must not invent headings. We could add a

after About the role that includes company overview. That's fine. Also "Important Information For Applicants" includes EEO etc; that's boilerplate to remove. So we will discard that. Thus final HTML:

      Pay

      • Industry competitive pay.
      • Weekly Pay Cycle.
We have duplicated "Industry competitive pay" in Benefits and Pay; but it's okay as it's in both sections. Could remove duplicate from Benefits to avoid repetition but it's substantive. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. However having duplicate may be redundant but it's okay. Check we didn't include Schedule. Good. We removed boilerplate: Company Overview we kept as part
