Capacity Planner (Extended Coverage)
About the role
As a Planner on our Refrigerated Customer Service team, you ensure our markets have an optimal balance of available drivers and loads. You assign highly productive freight to drivers, minimize unpaid miles, and ensure on-time delivery in your plan manager role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our customer service team to ensure we have the right mix of freight for each day and that appointments are scheduled
- Work with our Fleet Managers to ensure drivers stay productive while providing service to our customers
Qualifications
In this role, you put together a giant puzzle each day. You think several steps down the road to ensure that our drivers stay productive and our customers receive service. You work directly with customers, fleet managers, and your customer service team to develop business, find creative solutions and build strong relationships established on trust.

Schedule
In this role you will work 7 days over a two week period that consists of working every other weekend on a 12 hour shift from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
