Capacity Planner (Continuous Coverage)

About the role

As a Planner on our Refrigerated Customer Service team, you ensure our markets have an optimal balance of available drivers and loads. You assign highly productive freight to drivers, minimize unpaid miles, and ensure on-time delivery in your plan manager role. Daily, you collaborate with our customer service team to ensure we have the right mix of freight for each day and that appointments are scheduled. Additionally, you work with our Fleet Managers to ensure drivers stay productive while providing service to our customers.

Schedule

You will work 7 days in a row on a 12 hour shift from 6:00 am-6:00 pm with the following 7 days off.
