About the role
This position oversees the campus visits program, manages recruitment events, and interacts with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include coordinating tours, developing new initiatives, and providing information to visitors.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of the CWU Campus Visits Program
- Develops and implements innovative strategies to support enrollment goals
- Counsels drop-in prospective students and their families
- Provides information on admissions and financial aid
- Creates and updates informational reports
- Maintains and updates the Campus Visits website
- Manages and updates CRM communications and forms
- Develops and establishes procedures for Campus Visits
- Develops cross-campus relationships to support recruitment
Requirements
- At least 4 years of progressively responsible experience in visitation programs or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Proven success with event planning and presenting to groups
- Experience supervising and training staff and student employees
- Strong speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, presentation software, CRM software
- Experience with collaborative decision-making and problem-solving
- Experience creating reports and proposals
- Ability to foster a supportive workplace
Qualifications
- Professional experience in college admissions or a related service setting
- Experience with visitation or tour programs
- Experience with customer service relations software (CRM)
- Experience working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Interest or experience in mentoring students from diverse backgrounds
- Literacy in Spanish and English

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
The starting salary for this position is within the range of $49,296 to $66,072 per year, with adjustments based on qualifications. The schedule varies, requiring evening and weekend hours. Screening begins on July 27, 2026.
