Program Support Supervisor II
About the role
Provides on-duty coordination activities which include monitoring staff departures off campus; providing staff with access to restricted areas; directing staff during emergencies; providing consultation or assistance with crisis interventions as needed; monitoring campus activities, events, and locations of student and staffing groups; and ensuring adequate responses to emergencies.
- Reports and oversees the documentation of allegations of consumer neglect or abuse.
- Reports and oversees the documentation of any consumer suicidal statements, gestures or attempts.
- Oversees and implements crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Ensures that all incidents are documented and reported properly.
- Cohorts and supports staff in maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Provides on-duty coordination activities which include monitoring staff departures off campus; providing staff with access to restricted areas; directing staff during emergencies; providing consultation or assistance with crisis interventions as needed; monitoring campus activities, events, and locations of student and staffing groups; and ensuring adequate responses to emergencies.
- Approves and monitors emergency control procedures.
- Conducts fire drills, and screens external visitors.
- Ensures adequate staffing coverage by assigning substitutes to programs and work sites as needed.
- Provides first aid to injured staff and consumers.
- Oversees the disposal of bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials.
- Channels necessary information with program staff and supervisors.
- Reports and oversees the documentation of allegations of consumer neglect or abuse.
- Reports and oversees the documentation of any consumer suicidal statements, gestures or attempts.
- Oversees and implements crisis intervention strategies as needed.
- Ensures that all incidents are documented and reported properly.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in human services and 1 year of professional experience performing administrative duties and/or responding to incidents and providing crisis interventions; or
- A high school graduate or have a G.E.D. and 2 years of professional experience performing administrative duties and/or responding to incidents and providing crisis interventions.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and first aid.

Pay
$26.62 up to $34.29/hour commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Sunday-Wednesday (Sunday 8:30am-10:00pm, Monday & Tuesday 2:45pm-9:00pm, Wednesday 12:00pm-11:00pm)
