Overview Overview: The Campaign Manager owns strategic planning and campaign execution for an assigned client. This position is both strategic and tactical in scope, requiring the Campaign Manager to independently generate strategic insights for the campaigns in their portfolio and implement campaigns with the support of Campaign Specialists. Campaign Managers train Campaign Specialists on client specific requirements, providing expertise in optimization strategies and guidance on best practices related to client communication. The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization. Campaign Managers must possess a strong inner drive to contribute. Responsibilities Plan, execute, manage, and optimize campaigns for agency clients (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest or Redditt) both independently, and in support of senior members of the team while meeting or surpassing client performance expectationsDemonstrate diligence, attention to detail and adherence to best practices throughout the full digital campaign life-cycleMaintain and organize campaign-specific materials in team’s shared document repositoryLead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaignsStrategic oversight of large accounts and client relationshipsDevelop, grow, and maintain relationships with internal teams through exceptional client serviceTraffic campaign tags into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social API technology, or other ad technology environmentsOversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing and performanceFormulate proposals for new client opportunitiesManage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchPartner with Analytics team on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationTroubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsProvide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicableLead and assist in coaching, managing, and educating Campaign Managers and Campaign Specialists, helping to support campaignsAttend client meetings, as neededParticipate in regular knowledge sharing sessions to ensure best practices are leveraged across Optimedia Qualifications Four-year college degreeMust have 1+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operationsClient facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issuesUnderstanding of traditional and interactive media planning elementsProficiency in Microsoft Office solutionsStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skillsStrong project management skillsStrong desire to contribute to a team Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
