Call Center Scheduler-Incoming - Part Time

About the role

The Corporate office is looking to hire a dependable, customer-driven representative to join their Call Center team. No prior experience or certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients calling in
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments based on needs of patients and availability of providers
• Aid in answering general inquiries from patients
• Listened to patients while applying our processes and procedures
• Look for solutions to our patients' challenges

Requirements

• Able to speak on the phone and provide excellent customer service
• Recognize and be sensitive to patients' emotions
• Exceptional customer/patient service skills (Customer/patient focused attitude)
• Able to accurately enter patient information, data, and records into system
• Work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Strong Computer Skills – Ability to maneuver within multiple computer systems at once
• Prior experience with Denticon or similar scheduling system
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organizational and time management skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!

Qualifications/Skills

Office Hours: M - F: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Monday - Friday 20 hours per week
