In this individual contributor role, you will play a key part in connecting millions of prospective and current customers to the products and services that power their digital lives.
Responsibilities
- Work in one of our call centers where you will engage customers via inbound calls, chat messages and email.
- Identify and present tailored solutions from our suite of products and services, including Spectrum Internet, Mobile, streaming and linear Video, and Voice, guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Build and strengthen rapport through active listening.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Up to one year of sales experience is required; two or more years of call center sales experience is preferred.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills & Abilities: Clear, straightforward, and professional communication with customers and colleagues; proven sales techniques with consistent achievement of sales goals; proficiency in computer and consumer electronics; competence in using personal computers and relevant software applications, including billing systems; strong verbal and written communication skills; effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks; demonstrated judgment and initiative in accomplishing job duties; working knowledge of cable communications products and services, including TV, internet, and telephone; bilingual: Spanish (preferred).
