About the Role
The Call Center Lead assists in receiving referral calls, taking demographic information, dispatching appropriate clinicians for mental health assessments, entering call data and case status into databases, verifying appropriate paperwork is thoroughly completed, and assisting with coordination of individuals into treatment facilities.
Responsibilities
- Processing and distribution of various daily reports
- Assistance with involuntary case paperwork reviews
- Training of new call center staff and completing end-of-shift reports
- Assists with interviewing of potential Call Center Specialist candidates
- Dispatches clinicians to caller locations
- Coordinates and processes patient documents and paperwork for patient transfers
- Provides and assists with professional communication to referral sources and treatment providers regarding case status
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (Preferred: Associate Degree)
- 1-3 years of similar work experience (Preferred: 3-5 years)
- Preferred customer service in mental health/crisis intervention knowledge/experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, data entry, and leadership skills
