What to Expect
- Support Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with our donors to schedule their next blood donation.
- Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions.
- Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminders calls and engaging first time donors.
- Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Six months experience in customer service
- Two years of customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills

- Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM AZ Time)
