Call Center Donor Scheduler

About the role

Support Vitalant's life saving mission by actively engaging with our donors to schedule their next blood donation. Serving as a front-line hero, you play a pivotal role in achieving recruitment goals and coordinating donations at fixed site locations for present, past, and new donors making their next crucial blood contributions.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the donor experience by providing excellent customer service
• Collaborate on specialized calling projects, to include conversions, reminder calls and engaging first time donors
• Support blood centers by implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing donor scheduling, and offering expertise on eligibility and donation requirements
• Contribute to the onboarding of new hires and conduct refresher training to both new and existing staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six months experience in customer service
• Two years of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills

Pay

$17.13 to $18.00 an hour

Schedule

Tuesday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
