Call Center Agents

About the role

Great Day Improvements is growing and seeking friendly, upbeat people to join the Customer Care Team. Customer Care Specialists are the first point of contact with customers and are responsible for making the best first impression. The primary responsibility is to assist new customers in scheduling a free design consultation with one of our Design Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers, uncover their needs, and schedule a design consultation with one of our product experts or direct them to the appropriate department
• Provide an exceptional customer experience with each call
• Accurately enter customer information into our database to set each appointment
• Make outbound calls to potential customers as necessary for various follow-up initiatives
• Perform additional administrative duties as required

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional listening and problem-solving skills
• Must be very well organized
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone
• Ability to multi-task (talk and type simultaneously) and overcome objections
• Upbeat, positive and professional attitude – a team player
• Must genuinely enjoy helping customers
• Proficiency with computers is required, along with an aptitude to learn our phone and database systems
• Accuracy and attention to detail are must-have traits
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must have high-speed internet connection
• Must be self-disciplined to stay on task
• Must have ability to speak with customers without any major background noise or distractions while on the phone
• Must be willing and able to train and work at our Twinsburg, Ohio corporate office

Pay & benefits

• Starting at $17 hourly + bonuses

Schedule

• Full-time positions available
• Morning hours: in-office Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekend rotation positions are remote
