Responsibilities

• Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18.
• Data collection utilizing Central Reach.
• Billable hour requirements for full-time BCBAs: 25 hours
• Billable hour requirement for part-time BCBAs: 15 hours
• Completing intake and assessments.
• Parent training.
• Collaborating with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
• Mentoring a team of RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Master’s Degree
• High emphasis on integrity and ethics
• Passion for client success
• Strong leadership skills

Schedule

Hybrid position. Three days in-person and two days remote. Schedule flexibility and autonomy.
