Cage Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Supervise cage operations and team members during assigned shifts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback to Cage Cashiers; assist in training and development of team members.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality related to financial data, operational systems, company procedures, marketing information, and employee/guest records.
  • Monitor compliance with company SOPs, gaming regulations, and all federal requirements including Title 31 and anti-money‑ laundering standards.
  • Aid guests and team members by providing accurate information regarding casino events, promotions, and amenities.
  • Support cross department collaboration by responding to requests from other departments and assisting in resolving operational issues.
  • Conduct audits, verify funds, and oversee accuracy of all cage transactions and paperwork.
  • Administer disciplinary actions, when necessary, in accordance with company policies and HR procedures.
  • Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused environment for both guests and employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One year cashier or banking experience preferred.
  • Read, write, and understand complex instructions and appropriately complete all necessary documentation.
  • Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
  • Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to complete forms and basic mathematical functions.
  • Knowledge of company policy and procedures, IRS Bank Secrecy Act, and internal controls.
  • Able to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Use of personal computer, 10 key calculator, photocopier, embosser, printer, bar scanner, currency counter, Credit card advances and check cashing system.
  • Valid Colorado Support Gaming License.

Pay

Starting Pay: $29.00

Schedule

Various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
