Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring they follow company policies and provide exceptional customer service
• Train new staff members on car washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing to maintain quality control
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for both staff and customers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay

$16.00-$18.00 per hour
