About the role
The Cage Manager supervises and manages staff in the Cage/Credit department, supporting operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the budget process, ensure compliance, and report concerns to management
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- Respond to supervisor requests regarding guest interactions and concerns
- Conduct investigations into variances, internal control violations, and reporting requirement breaches
- Manage operational supply inventory to maximize efficiency
- Administer reward and recognition programs to boost employee engagement
- Secure the integrity of all assets and oversee balancing of cage banks
- Review and approve cage documentation based on authorization levels
- Prepare and review currency transaction reports
- Approve credit line availability
- Review multiple transaction logs for accuracy
- Respond to guest inquiries and apply service recovery within authorized levels
- Ensure staff training and compliance with CTR and SARC procedures, including paperwork completion
- Create effective and efficient staff schedules
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent; or 4–8 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, email, databases, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Pay
$80,000 to $88,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
