About the role

Responsible for preparing and serving meals in the cafeteria, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Ensures adherence to food safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.
• Assists with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in food service or related field preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Food Handlers Certification.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
