Responsibilities
- Cook food according to recipes and yield guides
- Monitor quality and amounts of food on service line
- Anticipate usage levels and prepare replenishments on a timely basis
- Work with Cafeteria Line server/Attendant to ensure optimum service for the employees
Qualifications
- Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
