About the role
The Cafe Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cafe, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing staff schedules, training new employees, and maintaining a positive customer service environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, including managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Train new employees on cafe procedures, policies, and customer service standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all customers receive prompt and courteous service.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper ordering and storage of supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and meet business goals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
Qualifications

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
