About the role

Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and motivate staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
