CABLE DEPARTMENT LEAD

About the role

Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world, including EDC, Metallica’s World Tour, the NFL Draft, CES, Broadway productions, I Heart Radio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. As the Cable Department Lead at 4Wall, you will supervise Cable Department Technicians and ensure all cables are prepared, maintained, and organized to 4Wall’s quality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cable Department Technicians.
• Prepare, maintain, and organize all cables per 4Wall quality standards.
• Inspect and prep gear before orders go out and upon return to the shop.

Requirements

• Experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to take direction and multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
• Solid work background, including recent consistent work experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
