Buzz Brigade, Greensboro Swarm
About the Role
We are seeking charismatic and outgoing personalities to join our Buzz Brigade, an interactive entertainment team dedicated to providing amazing experiences for our fans during Swarm home games and events. As a member of this highly energetic group, you'll play a key role in creating enthusiasm and excitement, from greeting fans to executing in-game promotions.
Responsibilities
- Excite fans about the Swarm Brand and create memorable experiences
- Assist and execute all in-game production aspects, including leading groups, setup, and breakdown of contests, halftime acts, timeouts, hype moments, and more
- Engage and hype up the crowd to maintain an energetic and exciting atmosphere
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- High energy, outgoing, fun, lively, and professional personality
- At least 18 years old
- Quick learner, good at taking direction, and team-oriented
- Able to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
- Reliable transportation and residency within the greater Greensboro area
- Flexible schedule to accommodate NBA G League hours (nights, weekends, holidays), game call-times, and rehearsals
- Physical ability to move around the arena for the entire game and assist with moving large objects/props
Qualifications
- Experience in live production is a plus but not required
