Buyers Agent

Responsibilities

  • Aid clients in finding and purchasing suitable residential properties within their budget.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and provide clients with current information on available properties.
  • Schedule and conduct property showings, emphasizing key features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate purchase offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
  • Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals to streamline the transaction process.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, zoning laws, and financing options to offer expert advice.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Buyers Agent or in a related real estate role.
  • Strong understanding of the Miami real estate market and local neighborhoods.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close real estate transactions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM software and MLS systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts, financing options, and closing processes.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
