Buyers Agent

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - Learn all necessary skills to succeed as a Realtor.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Upskill and maintain productivity rhythms each month.
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Calls.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology.

Qualifications

• An intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit.
• Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions.
• Strong in prospecting and lead generation, with a natural ability to overcome objections.
• A strong communicator and committed to service.
• A team player with a Florida Real Estate License or current pursuit of one.
• 100% commission-based compensation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth-minded and learning-based.
• Organized and willing to learn scripts and dialogues.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Industry experience preferred.
