Responsibilities
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License (Strictly Required)
- A fierce dedication to representing sellers and buyers with the highest level of professionalism and local market expertise
- Proficiency in preparing residential purchase and listing agreements
- The ability to conduct thorough property assessments to determine accurate valuations
- A high sense of urgency and responsiveness speed to lead is critical to your success!
- Diligence in maintaining and updating all CRM tools with channel partner information
