BUSSER (FT) - BLUE COYOTE CAFE | TSR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time.
• Removes soiled glassware and utensils from table and counter tops.
• Carries dirty dishes to kitchen.
• Wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth.
• Sets tables with clean linens, sugar bowls, and condiments.
• Wraps clean silverware in napkins.
• Circulates among diners and serves beverages such as iced tea and coffee.
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.
• Enforces all applicable regulations, under the code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position.
• Observes and reports suspicious activity, of either customers or employees, as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training, provided by Casino Arizona, at least once a year or more if required by management and outlined in the Title 31 Minimum Internal Controls.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or training preferred.
• Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
• Must be a team player, have a positive attitude and present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able and willing to meet the physical demands of the job.
• If classified as a full-time employee, must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
