Business Unit Operations IV – (B4)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed Division(s) and financial goals for the Metal ALD product group
- Cook up division(s) product portfolio prioritization and budget alignment
- Drive Planning and Operational execution to ensure optimal Balance Sheet performance, including optimization of cash and Inventory Mgmt.
- Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division(s)
- Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
- Manage and drive division(s) COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin) targets
- Own some interface points across the enterprise including supply chain, AGS and drive specific plans for continuous improvement
- Achieve tactical alignment of the division'(s) objectives with segment and AMAT plans
- Develop and Drive cross divisional programs
