Sul Lee Law Firm, PLLC is a fast-growing, Dallas-based Business, IP, and Corporate Law Firm with a dynamic and enterprising client base—from startups to international corporations. We are seeking an experienced Business Transaction Attorney to join our close-knit team in a senior-level, primarily remote position. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, highly skilled attorney with a strong background in corporate and transactional law and a passion for serving growing businesses.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with firm leadership, mentor junior attorneys, and take the lead on complex transactional matters. While most work may be performed remotely, this position requires the ability to attend in-person quarterly meetings at our Dallas, Texas office.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transactional matters for a diverse client base, including startups and international corporations.

Pay

$120,000 - $160,000 yearly, depending on experience.
