Responsibilities
- Handle large commercial real estate transactions
- Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
- Conduct title and survey review
- Manage financing and commercial leasing matters
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong background in large commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with purchase and sale agreements, title and survey review, financing, and commercial leasing
Preferred Skills
- Corporate structuring and entity creation experience is a plus, but not required
