About the role
We are seeking high energy and highly motivated individuals to join our winning technology sales team. Our team offers full training, a proven process, and an award-winning service team to support your success.
Responsibilities
- Promote a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge technology solutions including managed IT services, cloud services, workflow solutions, VOIP phone systems, backup systems, and IT support.
- Manage accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Introduce new products, offer promotions, and assist the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
- Contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation.
- Collaborate with Verticomm IT engineering and project team to complete projects and build relationships with existing accounts.
Requirements
- A proven track record of success in sales, business development, customer service, or a related field that involves prospecting for new business and handling high levels of rejection.
- A combination of education and/or experience in areas such as athletics, internships, or work experience that has focused on developing skills in business, competitiveness, and resilience.
- Competitive, positive, and goal-driven attitude.
- Strong desire to work in a customer-focused environment with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Benefits
- Total Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 or higher.
- Average first-year earnings between $80-90k with an opportunity to consistently increase annual income to exceed $100k within 2-3 years.
- Additional compensation includes a cell phone allowance and vehicle allowance, excellent benefits such as medical, dental, vision, uncapped paid time off, life insurance, 401k with a generous match, company-paid trips and events, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Pay
- Total Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 or higher.
Schedule
- This is a territory-based sales position requiring local travel daily.
