Business Systems Manager- Deposit Systems Support

Primary Responsibilities

• Plans, tests, and executes projects and supports day-to-day operations
• Ensures department meets all standards, company policies, and quality requirements
• Develops strategy and leads implementation for system(s)
• Works with Technology partners and line of businesses regarding processes and resolution of system issues
• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves user problems as they occur
• Oversees system enhancements and works with agencies to develop ongoing reporting and tools
• PARTNERS ACROSS TECHNOLOGY, OPERATIONS, DIGITAL, AND DATA (TODD) TO ENSURE CONTROLS ARE DESIGNED, IMPLEMENTED, AND MONITORED TO STRENGTHEN RISK MANAGEMENT, COMPLIANCE, AND CYBER SECURITY, EFFECTIVELY MITIGATING RISK TO LEVELS WITHIN THE COMPANY’S RISK APPETITE
• Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of related work experience
• OR High School Diploma / GED and twelve (12) years of related work experience
• Two (2) years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience

Preferences

• Experience in a financial institution

Pay and Benefits

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

• Minimum Job Range: $113,172.40 USD
• Middle Job Range: $146,070.00 USD
