Business Systems & Data Analytics Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Systems & Data Analytics Manager to lead enterprise technology, data architecture, and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the company's Business Intelligence (BI) data stack, including managing the Sisense platform and ensuring data quality across multiple facilities.
• Develop advanced analytics using SQL to evaluate inventory, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance predictive analytics models and AI prompt engines for automated decision-making.
• Serve as system administrator for core ERP and Salesforce CRM, designing process automation and managing system integrations, including MuleSoft platform oversight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate silos, improve processes, and uncover margin-boosting opportunities in supply chain logistics.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis, data analytics, or operations technology leadership.
• Strong SQL skills, CRM administration experience (Salesforce preferred), and proficiency with BI tools (Sisense, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Experience managing or integrating enterprise ERP systems and understanding of predictive analytics and AI.
• Excellent communication skills with a servant-leader mindset, capable of working with technical teams and operational staff.
