About the role

Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems using SQL and other data access tools.
Design and implement standardized data models across key business processes and financial metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (primarily in Power BI) supporting both operational and financial performance.
Translate business and FP&A needs into actionable analytics and visualizations.
Support process improvement and integration initiatives with data analysis.
Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of operational and financial performance issues.
Establish processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Monitor and improve data quality across systems and reporting outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting (primarily in Power BI) supporting both operational and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or financial / operational analytics roles.
  • Experience working with multiple disparate data sources (e.g., legacy systems, acquisitions, spreadsheets).
  • Strong experience with SQL and backend data extraction.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience supporting operational and financial reporting.
  • Exposure to ERP / CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) preferred.
  • Power BI or equivalent BI tool certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or financial / operational analytics roles.
