Manager, Data & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics, leads the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support advanced data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Oracle architecture, data modeling, and best practices aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, data sources, and analytic requirements.
• Design and develop custom data products, marketplaces, and AI solutions using Oracle tools.
• Create documentation, training materials, and facilitate knowledge transfer while staying updated on Oracle features and industry trends.
• Lead and manage analytic strategy meetings, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, with preferred knowledge of AIDP and ADL.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Strong project management skills, with ability to lead teams and manage deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
