Manager, Data & Analytics

About the role

The Manager, Oracle Data & Analytics, leads the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), and Oracle Autonomous Data Lakehouse (ADL) to support advanced data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide architecture design, data modeling, and best practices for Oracle analytics tools.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business goals, data sources, and AI/analytics needs.
• Develop custom data products, marketplaces, and analytics solutions using Oracle technologies.
• Create documentation, training materials, and transfer knowledge to clients and teams.
• Maintain industry awareness and collaborate with functional teams to assess impacts on business processes.
• Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MIS preferred.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Skills

• Minimum five years of recent experience with Fusion Data Intelligence, with preferred experience in AIDP and ADL.
• Project management skills to handle tasks, deliverables, and team coordination.
• Strong communication skills for leading analytic requirements and strategy meetings.
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast‑paced environment.
