- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
- Business Systems Consultant I: $75,500 - $97,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant II: $86,000 - $114,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Business Systems Consultant III: $99,000 - $133,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Serve as the primary liaison to ensure alignment, clear expectations, accountability, and successful delivery of business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs related to vendor-supported systems, services, and processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate requests, define requirements, and support initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional efforts related to system enhancements, implementations, process improvements, and testing activities.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver expected results.
- Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, and service level expectations.
- Support vendor governance activities, contract lifecycle management, and implementation efforts while identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide meaningful business insights.
- Leverage data analysis to support operational decision-making, departmental budget planning, forecasting, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Knowledge of vendor management practices, including experience working with third-party providers, service level agreements (SLAs), contracts, or vendor performance management processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend practical solutions that drive business results.
- Experience building productive relationships and influencing outcomes across internal teams and external vendor partners. Ability to establish accountability while maintaining a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for a variety of audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED
- Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
- Experience with vendor governance, contract management, third-party risk management, or supplier performance oversight.
- Familiarity with reporting, data visualization, business intelligence, process improvement, or process automation tools.
