Business Systems Analyst II

We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst II to join an enterprise application development team in Troy, Michigan. This is a contract role with work hours from 8am to 5pm.

About the role

In this role, you will act as a pivotal bridge between business strategy and technical execution, gathering functional requirements and crafting intuitive user experience designs. You will play a central role in transforming complex business needs into seamless digital application workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop process flows, activity diagrams, use cases, and detailed user-interface specifications.
• Create high-fidelity mock-ups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using human-centered design principles.
• Partner with Product Managers and QA leads to build test strategies, test cases, and requirements traceability matrices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis supporting software/application development projects.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience in User Experience (UX) design, wireframing, and rapid prototyping.
• Strong background in mapping business processes, writing use cases, and supporting QA testing coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Pay

$32 - 42 per hour.
