Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives across multiple business functions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
- Analyse data and generate actionable recommendations using SQL and reporting tools
- Develop process documentation, business requirements and workflow maps
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain teams
- Support ERP, PLM and business systems enhancements
- Drive adoption of new processes, tools and technologies
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end users
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and relevant business systems experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations or supply chain organisations
- Strong process mapping and process improvement capabilities
- ERP and PLM experience
- SQL and data analysis skills
- Understanding of configuration management, quality systems or change management processes
- Experience within aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing or other regulated industries preferred
