Business Systems Analyst

Viyahe is expanding its remote team with a Business Systems Analyst working across technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent support, business travel, traveler service, software, data, and digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems, process requirements, data needs, and expected outcomes.
• Document current and future workflows, requirements, business rules, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze system behavior, process gaps, data issues, or configuration needs and recommend practical solutions across travel technology and traveler support.
• Support configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and post-launch issue resolution.
• Maintain requirements, process maps, decision logs, test evidence, and system documentation.
• Translate between business and technical teams so requirements, constraints, and priorities remain clear.

Requirements

• Strong requirements-gathering, process-analysis, documentation, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Comfort working with business systems, data, integrations, testing, and issue-tracking tools.
• Ability to break complex problems into clear requirements and testable outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and disciplined documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, systems analysis, or business analysis is preferred.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$110,500 - $119,000 per year
