Business Systems Analyst
About the role
You’ll be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing and implementing solutions to unlock our sales team. Your knowledge of sales processes will be instrumental in implementing critical systems to unlock our business goals.
You’ll partner closely with RevOps, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to turn real deal friction into durable systems: clearer processes, smarter automation, and a quoting experience that helps the team move faster with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and sales systems to identify improvement opportunities
- Independently drive tasks and projects end to end (requirements, analysis, design, implementation, thorough testing, launch, and ongoing support)
- Manage Salesforce configuration through a governed change management process - building and maintaining Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls with sandbox-first development, documentation, and aligned with platform best practices
- Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders and the Corporate Systems team to deliver durable solutions
- Partner with senior admins and developers to configure solutions across core CRM data models (Accounts, Opportunities, lead-to-opportunity processes, and related custom objects)
- Support stakeholders with day-to-day system questions, unblock workflows, and become a trusted Salesforce admin partner
- Ensure thorough testing, documentation, and clear communication for all system changes
- Look for everyday ways AI can accelerate your work, simplify seller processes, and reduce manual steps
Requirements
You are Salesforce Admin certified. 7+ years of experience as a Sales Business Systems Analyst and/or providing Salesforce support. Experience with a CPQ implementation and deep knowledge of quote-to-cash (and other sales functional processes).
Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud best practices, including building Flows, validation rules, and reports. AI-native builder mindset: comfortable using AI tools to accelerate development, generate code, build agents, and draft clear requirements; eager to keep leveling up. Ability to map processes and translate needs into user stories, with strong stakeholder collaboration. Experience working in Agile environments and partnering effectively with development teams.
