Business Systems Analyst 3
About the role
The Business Systems Analyst 3 will support and enhance critical Oracle EPM Cloud financial planning and reporting systems while partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements, automation, and enterprise-wide reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, maintain, and develop Oracle EPM Cloud financial systems
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance application functionality
- Support enterprise reporting and planning processes
- Manage system integrations
- Lead key initiatives related to Oracle EPM Cloud
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT programming, systems analysis, or business systems support
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud, Fusion Edition
- Strong experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning, Performance Management, Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM)
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Essbase BSO and ASO cubes
- Experience creating and modifying Groovy scripts, Business Rules, Calc Scripts, and Planning Forms
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud migrations, system administration, security management, and production support
- Strong background in requirements gathering, technical documentation, testing, UAT support, and stakeholder communication
Preferred Skills
- Oracle EPM Cloud Narrative Reporting experience
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) experience
- OCI Identity Management experience
- Experience with automated reporting, scripting, and process optimization
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems experience
- Experience monitoring project deliverables and managing work efforts through Jira
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
- Oracle EPM certification(s)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project skills
- Experience leading system enhancement initiatives and providing strategic recommendations for long-term platform improvements
