Business Relationship Manager

About the role

The Business Relationship Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize client needs to develop tailored solutions.
• Manage client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Present proposals and solutions to clients, demonstrating expertise in relevant areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
